Last summer, the FBI decided to arrest a local lawyer as a suspect of the Madrid bombing. They had a bad copy of the suspects finger print and the Spanish officials said that it probably wasn't a match. But he was Muslim, so what the heck, they decided to arrest him. They did go though his office and take files for any one with an Arabic sounding name.
Well, the Spanish officials tracked down the real suspect in Algiers, so the FBI had to let him go. Now he's suing the FBI and challenging part of the Patric Act. Probably, it's the section that they can do searches without a search warrant.
Rule #1: If you are going to make a false arrest, don't pick on a lawyer.
Law enforcement needs to be able to investigate people, but we still have to keep an eye on the government. If we don't, they tend to think that they can take short cuts because it's so important.

When it first hit the news that he was arrested, it caught my attention because I figured out that his house was between 1/2 a mile and a mile from my house.
